Dear Reader:
This is an essay for those who have been forgotten, whether it be yourself or a friend. To feel forgotten is truly painful; to feel like you're not important enough to be thought about an excruciating thought. In this essay you will read about the ones who have been forgotten, those who want or need to forget, and those who are in the process of being forgotten. I hope this may help you in some small way and make you think about the ones who are not remembered. If only one person remembers someone forgotten, even if only for a second, then they have done a great deed to someone who really needs it.
Sincerely,
Jade
Please make me forget my life, the tragedy I am living. I was once remembered, a cherished soul that many loved. But now I blend in with the rest of the concrete jungle. I was once talented and unique, but I am now gray and uninteresting. As I sit here, looking at the men who are living my life, I yearn to be remembered, for I am now forgotten. I think about the creature I have left behind, the old me would have never glanced in my direction. I see what I have become, but I realize that it's better than what I used to be. I was once rich, powerful, in control of my life. Now I don't know what's going to happen in five minutes, where I'm going to sleep tonight. And as I sit here, feeling sorry for myself, I know I should be grateful. Though my existence has been forgotten I know I am a better person. I know that if I am ever given a second chance at life I will not make the same mistakes twice. And I know it's better to be forgotten then to be the monster I once was.
.
Remember Me
Remember me please,
When I am gone.
For I do not want to be the forgotten soul.
Remember all the good times we shared,
The laughs.
Remember only the good,
Never the bad.
Is that wrong?
Should every part be included?
Yes.
For I will never truly be gone,
If one person remembers.
Remember me please,
When I am gone.
Remember every part,
Good and bad.
For I do not want to be the forgotten soul.

(TS)Some want to forget, others don't want to be forgotten.(SD)A good example of this would be Dill.(CM)When Dill was living with his parents, he felt unwanted. At one point or another he must have felt completely forgotten because he ran away.(CM)Dill just like any other person needs attention, needs love, needs to be reminded that he is wanted.(SD)Boo Radley on the other hand is the exact opposite.(CM)Boo wants to be forgotten and left alone, that is why he never leaves his house.(CM)Many people do not understand Boo's reclusive life style, then again, everyone is different.(CS)Most people hate to be forgotten. There are a few who just wish to be alone, spending their life trying to be forgotten. Many people however do not really want to be forgotten. Dill, Scout, Jem, and many other characters as well as people outside of the book do not want to be forgotten. The line between wanting to be forgotten and wanting to be alone is a very fine one, but one you do not want to mix up.

Don't be forgetful
Because the ones who forget
Are not remembered

I really enjoyed your poem and the picture that relates to theme of forgotten very well. It seems you only have 3 genres, and I think the requirement was 4. There is one part of the poem that confuses me you say to, "remember the good, never the bad" then near the end of the poem you say, " remember every part, good and bad". You might want to make that part less confusing.
