(TS)When I was asked the question "What have you improved on in English class?" there was so many things I could have blurted out.(SD)One of the things English class has helped me with is my writing.(CM)Before 8th grade English, my writing was okay, but it was very disorganized and messy.(CM)Mr.Salsich has helped me with his 11 sentence formula. This formula is strict, but we have room to move inside it and make each essay special.(SD)One of the biggest things English class has helped me with is with me imagination.(CM)By choosing a theme for our essays we have to stretch our minds and make each paragraph unique.(CM)Mr.Salsich encouraged picking a strange theme to follow and see if we could somehow relate it to the book. This helped me so much, it was hard at first, but now I can think of strange themes and make them seem like they were meant to fit all along.(SD)Even having learned all these helpful techniques, there are still areas i need to improve on.(CM)I need to learn now to stop and take the time to check over my work and make sure each chunk flows smoothly.(CM)If I can do this, my grade amongst many other things will be improved.(TS)English class this year has tought me so much, probably more than anyother grade so far. With each class I learn new tecniques and styles, but with every class I also find new ways to improve on my writing.
